As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement if approved.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.

Will the design look exactly the same on every case?
Due to differences in phone sizes and camera placement, design size and placement may vary slightly between models. This is normal with print-on-demand products.
